Grief from profound loss is universal and no one is immune. But it is also extraordinarily personal and there is no right way or wrong way to grieve.

First and foremost, when grief hits, get the support you need. Seeking help from medical providers and reaching out for support is essential! But if you are still working through your grief from loss of any kind, journaling can help get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper.

There are no rules and no timetables and there is no correct linear progression through the generally accepted stages of grief recovery as described by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross in 1969. Dr. Kübler-Ross outlined the five generally accepted stages of grief — but the process looks differently for everyone because there is no “typical” loss and no “typical grief.”

This journal is specifically dedicated to help you journal about your Denial regarding your loss. Examine the Inspirational quotes to spur your thoughts, write them down then step away and perhaps leave the raw emotions on the page and  out of your head.

May you find peace.
